Official St. Charles County criminal records must come from the office that created or maintains them. County Police handles its incident reports, County Corrections handles booking and custody, and the Circuit Clerk handles filed cases. Statewide open criminal history comes through the Missouri State Highway Patrol Central Repository. This private site does not receive requests for any of those offices.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve an official criminal record, conduct an official check, correct or remove an entry, or accept an expungement petition. Send the request directly to the responsible public office.

  • City police reports: contact the police department that created the incident or arrest report.
  • Expungement petitions: file eligible St. Charles County matters with the court in which the charge or finding arose.

The county report counter is the St. Charles County Police Records Division, not the Sheriff’s Administration office. The Circuit Clerk does not conduct broad criminal-history checks; it can provide a particular unsealed case when given useful case details.
